Reporting on the ministry thus far

Since the first of the year Faith Coaching Network has developed the framework for coaching active faith in believers around the world. Everything we do is pointed toward inspiring a growing number of emerging faith giants. We are building on the inspirational power of faith stories... sharing real stories about real people who are facing life-circumstances with real faith. These stories inspire us to live the faith we profess; they are small doses of hope.

Among believers today, there is too much majoring on minors, too little authenticity, too much importance place on what we know and not enough emphasis on living like believers--putting faith in action. Too many churches have retreated or simply grown too comfortable inside their own walls... But, God is making news in spite of us. And he is really good at it.

Faith Coaching Network is quickly becoming a gathering place for the stories of God's involvement in today's world.

The Web-based strategy is working.

Entry point

• i2eye, daily, 60-second radio spots are being aired on KLUV in D/FW and soon will be aired on other stations.
• Our 90-second FaithFeaure news stories are finding their place on radio stations across the country.
• All the radio productions point listeners to the website and encourage them to subscribe to Faith Notes.

Internet Coaching

• The www.faithteam.org website is the center-piece of this innovative 24/7 coaching ministry.
• My Faith Notes--weekly coaching email--is gaining subscribers every day. Responses are validating the need for this weekly coaching inspiration.
• Coming soon... is a major addition to the website. If your faith is genuine you will see Jesus in our life... so we are developing a database that will encourage people to get to know Jesus, in his own words.You will be able to read his words and hear them. The focus will not be on what others have said about him, but rather on what he has said to us.
• A growing number of business owners and leaders are joining Faith Work... Finding there appropriate ways to encourage faith in the workplace.
• The Prayer Team is branching out into regular headline prayer points... look for it.
• Faith giants are beginning to share their stories and look for new ways to be the stories of faith.

Team Building

• Coming soon... development of a growing Team of Faith Coaches. These coaches will be mentored in using stories to inspire men and women in their own immediate personal networks.

Take a faith step of your own

The impossible is happening, but to move forward and become more than just a flash in the pan, we need a Heritage Donor--someone or some group who can help us build a solid financial base for a FCN strategy that will outlive us all.

Sometimes Heritage Donors give in a public way, challenging others to give. And, sometimes they give in a very private, secretive way, wanting to remain anonymous. Either way, this donor gives lasting power to the ministry--assuring a heritage of growing faith giants in the next generation.

With a budget of $240,000/yr, our need is for a Heritage Donor who will provide a gift of $80,000 per year for these first three years.

During the last 6 months more than 2 dozen believers and 100% of the Board, have given to this ministry. Their gifts range from $65 to $20,000. Dozens more believers will participate this year. Some will give thousands and some hundreds.

We are ready to approach Foundations and Grant giving institutions, but before we can do that we need a stronger financial base--our Heritage Donor is needs to be identified.

I know many of us are facing uncertain times financially, but that just makes this opportunity a more dramatic faith step for the future of faith giants world wide...
